ASSIGNMENTS

We will go through several units in this course: Elements of Fitness; including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & endurance, felxability, and body composition, and Nutrition. These Units are organized below.  Attachment assignments and notes are provided below for those who missed class and need the work.  Please print, complete, and turn in the following class period you return.  Check the "WHAT I MISSED IN CLASS" tab to be sure that you are all caught up.   

 

Every month students will turn in a exercise log.  The requirements for this assignment are to find two days of the week outside of class to exercise or be active.  They will track their exercise on the log below and fill it out for the month, get a parent to sign it, and turn it in on the last day of class for the month.  The due date will be given to each students on the first day of class in their assignment log.  A log given to students to help them keep track of due dates and other important information.  Log requirements are listed in the attatchment below.
